Rooms are available from 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, we can register your documents, arrange parking (from 10:00 AM onwards), and assign your beach spot. On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room and parking spot by 10:00 AM.
Full board and all-inclusive stays start with lunch and end with breakfast. If you miss lunch on the arrival day, you cannot recover it on departure day, but we can provide a packed meal as an alternative.

A late check-out may be available upon request, allowing you to keep your room, parking space, and beach spot until 6:00 PM on your departure day (extra charge applies).

We have a private covered parking area at the hotel. You can stop in front of the entrance to unload your luggage, then enter the parking lot using the pass we provide.

The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Outside these hours, it is closed for water maintenance treatments.

Yes! We are a pet-friendly hotel! Your furry friend is welcome in the pool area, lobby, bar terrace, and outdoor lounge.
Dining with your pet? We can set up a special table for you on the terrace or in the bar area.
Beach access for dogs: Some of our Fido Beach umbrellas are pet-friendly. Just bring your petโ€™s vaccination booklet, and our lifeguard will complete the necessary permit for you.

Our mini-club team takes care of children aged 3+ at the following times:

Yes! We have 10 bicycles equipped with baskets and child seats. You can use them for free for up to one hour per request at the reception.

Front-row beach spots and complimentary beach towels are exclusively for guests staying in:
Style Plus, Family Plus, Sharky, and Esploroom rooms.
For all other room types, umbrellas are assigned from the 5th row backward, based on availability.

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The balance can be paid at the hotel (the evening before departure) by cash, credit card, or debit card.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel at least 15 days before arrival, your deposit can be converted into a voucher for a future stay.
